Women’s Issues Therapy

Being a woman today often means juggling a lot of roles at once—your career, your relationships, your family expectations, your friendships, and your own emotional well-being. Many women come to therapy feeling like they’re carrying the invisible mental load for everyone around them. You might be healing from a difficult breakup or divorce, navigating the realities of single motherhood, or feeling like you’re essentially a single mom while still married - managing the household, the emotions, and the responsibilities while quietly wondering who is supporting you.

Some experiences are even more personal and complex. You may be processing grief or mixed emotions after an abortion, navigating reproductive decisions, coping with betrayal in a relationship, or trying to rebuild your sense of self after a relationship that left you feeling unheard or unappreciated. Many women also find themselves struggling with people-pleasing, setting boundaries, feeling pressure to be the “strong one,” or losing themselves while taking care of everyone else.

Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Here, you can talk openly about what you’ve been carrying and begin making sense of your experiences in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Together we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with your voice, your boundaries, and the version of yourself that feels grounded and supported in your own life - not just the roles you play for everyone else.
