Anxiety Therapy

If your mind feels like it’s constantly running through a thousand tabs at once—overthinking conversations, worrying about the future, replaying things you said three days ago—you’re definitely not alone. Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, feeling on edge, or that constant sense that you should be doing more or being better. It’s exhausting.

In therapy, we slow things down together. We’ll explore what’s fueling the anxiety, build tools to help calm your nervous system, and work toward helping you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. Whether anxiety shows up in relationships, work, school, or just your own inner dialogue, therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry it alone—and where things can start to feel a little lighter.
