Relationship & Dating Therapy (for Individuals)

Dating in 2026 can feel like its own emotional rollercoaster. One minute you're excited about someone, and the next you're wondering if you just got ghosted… or worse, zombied (when someone disappears and randomly pops back up like nothing happened). Maybe you’re stuck in a “let’s just see where things go” situationship, analyzing texts with your friends like it’s a group project, or questioning if your attachment style is quietly running the show in your relationships. It’s exhausting—and it can leave you feeling confused, frustrated, and second-guessing your own instincts.

Everyone talks about couples counseling, but many relationship challenges actually need space to be processed individually first. Relationship therapy for individuals gives you the opportunity to step back and look at your dating patterns, emotional triggers, boundaries, and relationship decisions in a supportive, judgment-free space. Sometimes it’s about healing from a breakup, navigating modern dating apps, or figuring out whether a relationship is healthy—or whether it’s time to move on.

Therapy can also act as a sounding board while you’re dating. If you’ve ever felt like you keep attracting the same type of partner—or wondering if you’re missing red flags—therapy can help you slow things down and think things through. Together we can talk through dating dynamics, early warning signs, and patterns that may show up with partners who are emotionally unavailable, manipulative, or have narcissistic traits. The goal isn’t to make dating feel scary—it’s to help you trust your instincts, recognize healthy relationships, and feel more confident choosing partners who actually show up for you. Because dating shouldn’t feel like emotional whiplash every week.
