Sometimes depression doesn’t look the way people expect. It might feel like constant exhaustion, losing motivation for things you used to enjoy, feeling emotionally numb, or having that quiet thought in the back of your mind that says, “Why does everything feel so hard right now?” You might still be showing up to work, school, or social plans—but inside, it can feel heavy, isolating, or overwhelming.

In therapy, we create a space where you can talk honestly about what you’re going through - without pressure to “have it all together.” Together we’ll gently explore what’s contributing to the heaviness, reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel distant right now, and build small, realistic steps toward feeling more energized, hopeful, and like yourself again. You don’t have to navigate the hard days alone and healing doesn’t have to feel so serious all the time. Sometimes it starts with simply having a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
